    Thanks for the compliment. I really appreciate it.

    As far as the banner image, I don't think there's an easy way to do it unless you're comfortable editing HTML/CSS.

    I found a free blogger template and switched out the old image with one of my own.

    Not too hard, but not too easy either. Sorry if that doesn't help.
