Mulch Martini

After a hard day spent out in the garden, I like to kick back and relax with a refreshing cocktail. And there's nothing that I like better than a Mulch Martini.

A beaver friend of mine turned me on to this drink and I've been enjoying them ever since. Not only is it delicious, but it's high in fiber too.

Uhhh.... they're in there but you just can't see them. Yes, that's my answer and I'm sticking to it.

This reminds me of when I've been digging in the dirt, and then take a bite of a sandwich, inhaling the rather "earthy" smell of dirt I have neglected to wash off completely. Yum. Fiber is right!

I don't know, that's an awfully dry looking martini. I'm not sure it would quench my thirst..

I was just thinking that it's been a while since you've had a huge load of the shredded woodstuffs delivered, Anthony, and wondering how you were coping sans mulch. Then I stop by for a visit and see that you're ingesting just as much as you did this spring. :) Cheers!

Kellypea, Mmmmm, earth sandwich. Sounds delicious. :)

Carol, Thirst quenching is all in the mind. You've got to believe. :)

Blackswamp_Girl, I can quit my mulch habit anytime I want. I'm just a casual mulcher. :)
